Report seal abuse
If a seal is being shown for an agent whose credential is not current, if somebody presents it as an accreditation, or if an agent impersonates a person or a brand, write to us. We acknowledge within 24 business hours and resolve within 5 business days, with written reasons and a right of complaint for the affected party.

CORTEX Seal is a non-qualified trust service. It is not a qualified trust service nor an electronic seal within the meaning of Regulation (EU) No 910/2014, and it does not attest to the agent’s actual behaviour.
