1Scope
This agreement applies to the public verifier, the status list endpoint and the issuance and revocation API. It does not apply to the Sandbox environment, to beta functions, or to any third-party system.
2Availability commitment
99.5% per calendar month for the verifier and the status list. Measured by synthetic checks from at least two regions, every 60 seconds, published on a status page.
3Invalidation time
60 seconds or less from confirmation of a revocation until the published status list reflects it. Complementary commitment: token issuance stops in 5 seconds or less.
4Delivery attempt
Attempted delivery of the signed instruction within 10 seconds, with retries at 1 minute, 5 minutes, 30 minutes, 2 hours and 12 hours, and a recorded acknowledgement. The attempt is committed; execution by the third party never is.
5Exclusions
Scheduled maintenance announced 48 hours in advance, up to 4 hours per month and outside 08:00–20:00 CET; force majeure; failure of the hosting platform, Google Cloud or Stripe; use contrary to the Documentation; and third-party attacks on the Tenant.
6Service credits
Below 99.5%: 10% of the monthly fee for the affected month. Below 99.0%: 25%. Below 95.0%: 50%. The Tenant must request the credit within 30 days. Credits are applied to the next invoice, are not refundable in cash, are capped at 50% of the monthly fee, and are the sole and exclusive remedy.
7Chronic failure
Three consecutive months below target give the Tenant the right to terminate without penalty and to a proportionate refund of any unused annual period.
8Reporting
A public status page with a 12-month incident history.
